This project was an absolute pleasure to deliver. Our customers in Cookridge wanted to create a more open-plan living space, increase natural light throughout the home, and take a more sustainable approach moving forward with the benefits of underfloor heating.
Little England managed every aspect of the build, with the exception of the external rendering, which was expertly completed by our friends at WD Plastering & Rendering.
Our in-house team installed the underfloor heating and carried out all associated plumbing. Our dedicated kitchen fitters handled the full kitchen installation, making smart use of both new units and carefully reusing elements from the existing kitchen where possible.
To complete the transformation, our flooring specialists installed LVT flooring throughout the entire downstairs. Its neutral tones complement the space beautifully while offering durability and practicality — especially important in a home with dogs.
The combination of bi-fold doors and skylights has completely changed the feel of the rear of the property, flooding it with natural light. The homeowners are already counting down the days to summer so they can open the doors and enjoy the space to its fullest.
