Whilst working on a new build project for his clients, Stephen went truly above and beyond to give the best service. Loft, Garage & Cellar Conversions

There are plenty of ways to add more space to your home without the need for planning permission, new foundations and extensive building work. Building upwards is an option, from dormer and mansard to L-shaped and hip-to-gable conversions. A firm favourite with our clients is the dormer, a great way to bring extra headroom, floor space and daylight into a loft space. In contrast, extending down into a cellar space sometimes gets overlooked because clients are put off repurposing cold, damp and dark recesses. Unlike a loft conversion which is often used to create additional bedrooms, a cellar is located nearer to the main living areas so makes a great social space. Or how about utilising garage space which is typically used for storing items other than vehicles these days.
